Who We’re Looking For: Part-Time Sales Lead / Future Entrepreneur 

Are you passionate about creative play and paper goods? Do you love helping people find just the right creative spark? We're on the hunt for a fun, friendly, and motivated Sales Lead to join our team! As a key part of our new business, you'll not only help customers discover their next favorite art supply but also play a role in shaping our shop’s future.

What You’ll Do:  Create an Amazing Customer Experience — You’ll be the warm, welcoming face of The Paper Canopy, sharing your product knowledge and creative ideas to help customers find exactly what they need (and maybe a little something extra they didn’t know they needed!).

 Sell with Enthusiasm — From exciting product launches to fun promotions, you'll actively engage with every customer, making shopping at The Paper Canopy a memorable experience.

 Keep Our Shop Fabulous — Help process inventory, design eye-catching product displays, and ensure the store stays clean, cozy, and inspiring.

Think Like an Entrepreneur — We’re all about growth! Bring your ideas for new classes, cool displays, or creative ways to build our brand. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at running a small business and be a part of our exciting journey.

What You Bring: ✨ People Skills — You genuinely enjoy connecting with others and making their day brighter. ✨ Creative Energy — You love arts and crafts and have a knack for sharing that passion with others. ✨ Entrepreneurial Spirit — You’re full of ideas, solutions, and have a can-do attitude. ✨ Flexibility & Adaptability — Retail moves fast, and you’re ready to roll with the punches. ✨ Attention to Detail — Whether it’s setting up a display or helping a customer, you bring your A-game every time. ✨ Reliability — Punctuality and dependability are a must. Weekends and holidays are part of the gig, but hey, that’s when the crafting magic happens!

Bonus Points: At least 2 years of experience in retail or a customer service role. 🎨 A love for arts, crafts, and all things creative.
